Steven Wilson graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a BA in Geology in 1985 and a Masters in Science in Education in 1986. Worked 29+ years with TN Department of Environment and Conservation. Most of those years were in the underground storage tank program as a field office manager, where highlights include being a long term contributor to technical and financial program development. Relocated to the Georgia USTMP in August 2015 where current assignments focus on technical program development. Currently, the USTMP GRBCA process is in a testing phase with stakeholder input, process finalization, and implementation expected Spring 2018.
